I recently had a large (8’x18’) garage door repaired and a new opener installed. The technician was excellent — courteous, patient, professional, and fully equipped to handle the job. Scheduling was fast (same-day), the work quality was excellent, and the end result is great. That said, several upgrade options were presented that, in hindsight, may not have been strictly necessary. I chose to proceed with more work than required for convenience and peace of mind, but I’d suggest future customers carefully review what’s essential versus optional. Pricing seemed on the higher side compared to parts costs I found online — about $2,500 total, including roughly $920 in parts — but the workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results, though next time I’d take a little more time evaluating the scope of work and costs.

Our garage door stopped functioning this morning. Call the company that we dealt with in the pass, twice. After not receiving a return call by 9, we called Precision. We were able to get a 10-2 window for service. Our technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service was phenomenal. Just when we thought Customer Service had went to hell in a hand basket! Great job Evan!
