I had a new garage door opener installed last year by Precision and I am still very satisfied with both the product and the serviceman. Then when recently old garage door spring broke I didn't hesitate to call Precision for service. My serviceman was tops! All went very well with having both springs replaced and having a warranty makes it worthwhile knowing that Precision does quality work. I will definitely recommend this professional company to anyone!

I called Precision about a month ago after discovering the spring had broken on our garage door. I phoned in around 8:30am and 10 minutes later the tech (Eric) called me that he could be out in a half hour or so. He arrived promptly and explained the 3 different options available to repair our 30 year old door. He gave me all the discounts available to me to ease the cost of the repair. It was a little more than expected but such is life these days. The job was completed before noon and the door has never sounded more smooth running and quieter. Thanks!

I booked a full tune-up because my garage door was getting loud and jerky. The tech did a thorough job—tightened bolts, replaced one noisy roller, lubricated everything, and checked the opener settings. My door is running like it did years ago. Very professional, clean work, and excellent customer service.
