I am so glad I contacted Precision Garage Door Service of Chicago South. My garage door was off track and needed to be repaired. When I called,, I was offered a same day appointment and a free estimate. I thought that was outstanding!! I made an appointment for the following day. At first I didn't know I had received a photo, and short bio of my technician. I thought this was amazing!!! The technician and the company are very highly rated, and I definitely see why. My technician, Mr. Cole was the nicest and most knowledgeable technician I have ever met!!! I Thank God for him!!! He was punctual, gave me an assessment of the repairs needed, reviewed how to maintain my garage door, along with various options for the repairs and payment. He allowed me to choose the most affordable option for me. I also received a discount that was available. Cole was outstanding, and very efficient!!! He repaired my garage door to where it looks like new. All the parts are working perfectly. I am very pleased and impressed!!! I appreciate his expertise!!! I would give these guys more stars if I could. From the initial service call by Adam to the fine gents that can and installed the new door and accessories this morning, I have experienced wonderful professionalism and customer service. This organization and it's team members I have worked with are knowledgeable, competent and relatable. While I have not been in the market for this door very long and I did not do a ton of research and price comparison, I feel the cost was well worth the quality and value of the end product and the service received. Thank you for my new garage door. I love it!
