This review is nothing less than 5 stars. You need more stars for this service. I've never received service like this before. I'm still trying to rap my head around how flawless this was. I called to set up a repair job, and was immediately given same day service. After getting off the phone with the representative, I received a call from the technician (Adam) within 5 minutes. He checked out my garage opener, and quickly determined it was inoperable. He then presented me with a list of options. I chose one, and he stated that he could install it right then. Everyone knows that service like that does not happen that fast. This service was more than just installing a garage opener, it was the initial interaction from the phone call I made, and the interaction I had with Adam. His friendliness and technical knowledge were absolutely exceptional. I was sent Adam's complete background. Again, something that you and I both know does not exist. However, this tells a lot about the business. Precision Door Service should be a model for all businesses that has to work with the public. If I hear of someone that is in need of a garage door repair or purchase, I will be your Spokesman. Thank so much for the excellent service I received.
