Garage door broke while it was closing and we were leaving to go out of town. Started looking for help on Saturday at 830am. Precision told us someone would be there between 2 to 4pm. Conner from Precision called about 1030 and showed up about 11. Gave us some price options. Went with quickest and cheapest. Door fixed by 1130.

I would give these guys more stars if I could. From the initial service call by Adam to the fine gents that can and installed the new door and accessories this morning, I have experienced wonderful professionalism and customer service. This organization and it's team members I have worked with are knowledgeable, competent and relatable. While I have not been in the market for this door very long and I did not do a ton of research and price comparison, I feel the cost was well worth the quality and value of the end product and the service received.
