This was my first experience with Precision Door Service. And if I need repairs and service in the future it will be the company that I go to, 100%. Connor was an amazing technician. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his work and explanation of everything he was going to do. He alone would be the reason I continue to work with Precision Door Service because I felt confident that he would get the work done, and get it done right. Beyond his work and professionalism, Connor and I had great conversation I never thought I could talk so much about garage doors but I learned a lot and the experience was enjoyable because of his customer service. Thank you Connor for your help in my garage repair. I cannot recommend Precision Door Service enough for anything you may need regarding work done to your garage doors. And, thank you Connor for making the experience enjoyable. As an added note I did find their pricing very comparable to other garage door services.

I booked a full tune-up because my garage door was getting loud and jerky. The tech did a thorough job—tightened bolts, replaced one noisy roller, lubricated everything, and checked the opener settings. My door is running like it did years ago. Very professional, clean work, and excellent customer service.

My first experience with Precision was several years ago, approximately 2014, to repair my old garage door. They were prompt professional, and thorough. Fast forward to 2020, which is when they installed my new garage door. Once again, prompt and professional, as well as knowledgeable. Current day, without warning the garage door sensors failed. The garage would not open and close as it should with the remote, or wall control. I called i. The a.m. and was given two options for a same day appointment. The tech called me within an hour or so of my call. He stated that he could come earlier, if I was available. They arrived at the time he stated. They discovered the problem(still under warranty- hooray!) and were done in less than an hour. After fixing the original issue, they check for any needed adjustments. Cole and Blake (I hope that I remembered the names correctly) were kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and also provided additional helpful information. Once again, Precision came through. I wish they provided more home services. This company is solid and consistent (in addition to all the other aforementioned adjectives). Thanks again, guys.

Called for service at noon our fantastic service rep was here by 5:00 and did everything necessary for a 30 year old opener & garage door. Very pleased!💥💥💥💥💥

Technician, Sean, did an excellent job explaining various options beyond replacing broken spring and need to replace casters also. Able to come out same day and completed by 1 pm after notifying of issue that morning.
