Greg came out and gave an estimate. I had another company come out to give me an estimate, when they found out I already had one, he asked how much hahaha. Anyway Greg was honest! I had another company old old door and I backed into it 1/2 way open. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra, like a new garage door opener. He replaced a strap that had broken. He came out on a Saturday morning and asked if he could start earlier. We were good with that, the sooner the better. He worked solo and had it done before the time slot he had given me. I have a good seal, it’s brown (the other guy said I could paint my new garage brown as opposed to paying an extra $200), it quiet and my codes still work! Awesome!

Had Greg Valade as my technician today. He explained and pointed out the problems with my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided me with different options for repairs. Would definitely contact Precision Doors again in the future and would definitely ask for Greg.

Brandon and his coworker were very friendly. They finished my new garage door in no time. Brandon explained to me what they did and ensured I knew how to operate the new door. He also showed me a few new things about my opener that I did not know. I highly recommend Precision.

My technician (Adam) came out within an hour of my original call reporting a broken spring. He special ordered my heavy duty spring set, installed them along with new rollers and cable. He was knowledgeable and nice to work with. The garage door is super quiet with the new parts. I would recommend Precision Garage and will use them in the future detached garage doors when that time comes. Fast and reliable service!
