Greg came out and gave an estimate. I had another company come out to give me an estimate, when they found out I already had one, he asked how much hahaha. Anyway Greg was honest! I had another company old old door and I backed into it 1/2 way open. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra, like a new garage door opener. He replaced a strap that had broken. He came out on a Saturday morning and asked if he could start earlier. We were good with that, the sooner the better. He worked solo and had it done before the time slot he had given me. I have a good seal, it’s brown (the other guy said I could paint my new garage brown as opposed to paying an extra $200), it quiet and my codes still work! Awesome!

I would give these guys more stars if I could. From the initial service call by Adam to the fine gents that can and installed the new door and accessories this morning, I have experienced wonderful professionalism and customer service. This organization and it's team members I have worked with are knowledgeable, competent and relatable. While I have not been in the market for this door very long and I did not do a ton of research and price comparison, I feel the cost was well worth the quality and value of the end product and the service received. Thank you for my new garage door. I love it!
