I Couldn't have asked for better service from Precision Garage Door. Online scheduling took less than a minute, I could have had same day service, but chose to wait for a weekend. The technician "Steve Ray" that came out was outstanding. Steve showed up on time and allowed me to explain what I thought needed done. He then performed a complete inspection and informed me of what he could do. Gave me multiple options with different cost ratios each explained in great detail. Unlike most sales companies, not once was I pressured into buying something that either I didn't need or couldn't afford. Rip off of a company. Two days after the 1200 dollar repair the garage door broke down. It was supposed to be under waranty for 7 years but they found an exclusion to not cover the work they did and wanted more money to fix their problem which was not tightening the spring enough to bear the weight of the door which caused the motor to burn out. Meanwhile I am a caregiver to a wifw with ALS and will need to use some of the money I would have used on medical equipment for my wife to find a more reputable company to do the work correctly. Thanks for nothing! I feel as thoughI took a match and lit 1200 dollars on fire! Please don’t use these hacks for your garage door needs.

Steve Ray arrived promptly for the appt on the earliest end of the time period given us which we greatly appreciated!! After describing our issues and inconsistent performance of our garage door Steve said he knew exactly what it was. He readjusted the sensor on one side and it worked wonderfully! It frustrated my husband bc he had tried that to no avail so we thought we were looking at some expensive replacement part. Steve continued to assist us by spraying lubricant on the wheels which quieted the door operations more. Steve was absolutely delightful and helpful to meet with and engage in conversation. There was no charge which we supposed that was due to the fact that we had done a pricey door spring and brackets replacement just in May 2024. Daily I passed by Precision Garage Services en-route to work, but with a false assumption that they were just more of the same. We unfortunately needed service on our garage door on a Sunday, and fortunately we had a representative named London who did a marvelous job of checking out the problem and working with me on the most financially beneficial way of getting a new door opener installed. He then checked our other door and we realized that it also needed to be replaced! He was very efficient and had both openers installed in an amazingly short time.
