Our technician was very professional, polite, and knowledgable about the job. He identified issues with my garage doors and explained why something was an issue. He was able to remove two old garage door openers and install the new ones in a very timely manner. He did the sync with My Q for one door, making sure I knew how to finish it. I loved being able to have the work done, at no extra charge, on a weekend. This experience was worth every penny spent!

Your people are wonderful. The people who answered my calls were fantastic and the tech who fixed our door was great. My issue was your on-line booking. Not one single thing about the booking was correct. I filled in the fields with our address and contact information then selected the time window of 2:00 to 6:00. The first issue is the tech went to our old house even though I filled in our correct address. He also showed up at noon. He said the time selected was 8:00 to 12:00. He had other clients, so our door didn’t get fixed that day. When I called to complain the staff was very emphatic. They said that when the online booking works it works really well and when it doesn’t work then this happens. I gave you all 5 stars for your staff, but that online booking needs to be removed from your website until it can be fixed. This is unacceptable. I was furious! Guys at work told me to use a different company. Your people are the only thing that saved this appointment, because your technology is complete trash.
