Our service technician, Zack, was a well informed, professional technician. Our overhead operator failed in cold weather but worked well once the temperature rose above freezing. He completely explained the nature of the problem and why it occurs below freezing temperatures. After complete inspection of the door and its components, Zack proposed 4 different options to choose from. His demeanor was relaxed, friendly & low pressure. The install went smoothly and the door operates like it was brand new. He paired the remotes and had the touch pad ready to program. Really a pleasant experience overall. Definitely would recommend to friends & neighbors!

Great experience! Jonathan, our technician, was a pleasure to work with. He texted me that he was on the way to our home, which was a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he was extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a number of options and explained the difference between them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.
