Our garage door opener quit functioning so I called them up. Brady Tech 2 showed up briefly, looked at it, submitted a very reasonable estimate on repairs. We accepted and he repaired it in just over an hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. It functions more quiet & smoother than before. Excellent job! Will definitely recommend their services.

This was the easiest process- Patrick came out to do the estimate. He arrived during the window given, was very personable, explained our options and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Because of his professionalism and resulting credibility in our eyes, we didn’t even get a second estimate. Patrick took our order and gave us an estimated timeframe for the doors to come in which was spot on. The installation team (Joel and Eli) arrived at the start of the window I was given, were very professional, and did an efficient job getting the doors in. They look and operate great, and are so much quieter and faster than our 30 year original doors. This process was stress free and our new doors look great. I’d definitely recommend precision in the future.

I made an appointment for garage door service via Precision's web site. The process was quick and easy. The service technician, Dejuan Harris, arrived on time following a text message stating he was on his way. Dejuan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dejuan did an excellent job of communicating the process he would follow to evaluate and resolve my garage door issue. Dejuan presented his findings after inspection, provided recommendations for repairing the issues found, and answered all of my questions. Dejuan performed the needed repairs in timely and efficient manner. The service provided was exemplary and I highly recommend Dejuan and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door, from start to finish! Super fast and easy online appointment scheduler - booking was a breeze! Once our tech was dispatched, I got a text to let us know they were on the way. And they send you some cool info about the tech along with their picture, so you know exactly who to expect at your door. They sent Glen out to help us with a door that had been giving us trouble for a while. Glen arrived on time within the 2 hour window I scheduled for (even after a long drive to get to us!). He got us fixed up fast, and the door operates like brand new again. Very courteous and professional service, and we’ll definitely stick with Precision for any future needs!

I called Precision about 10 in the morning and was immediately scheduled for a service call between 12 and 2 pm. My technician gave me a call just before noon and was at my house by 12:10 pm. Luckily, I only needed some adjustments aligning the sensors, but my technician also checked the door balance and lubricated all hinges and spring, explaining everything as he went. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Precision installed our garage doors in 1999, and just had a motor replaced. They were very quick to setup our appointment and Brent was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all functions. The new Lift Master motor is so quite and has great motion lights.

My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. I tried opening it manually which I have done before when the power went out. But the manual release still would not allow me to open it. A five-star rating for technician Joe B. and Precision does not begin to describe the outstanding customer service given. We called them out to my parents' house to diagnose a broken LiftMaster that was original to the house (c1997). Joe clearly explained the problem and discussed the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the unit. We went with replacing the old LiftMaster with a current generation LiftMaster - which he made quick work of installing. Joe thoroughly explained the new unit's operations. He was also exceedingly tolerant of our dog wanting to meet him, as well as our neighbor's dogs that wandered over to see what the stranger was doing in our driveway. This was absolutely a 10-star service call by Joe and Precision. I highly recommend them.
