I made an appointment for garage door service via Precision's web site. The process was quick and easy. The service technician, Dejuan Harris, arrived on time following a text message stating he was on his way. Dejuan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dejuan did an excellent job of communicating the process he would follow to evaluate and resolve my garage door issue. Dejuan presented his findings after inspection, provided recommendations for repairing the issues found, and answered all of my questions. Dejuan performed the needed repairs in timely and efficient manner. The service provided was exemplary and I highly recommend Dejuan and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door, from start to finish! Super fast and easy online appointment scheduler - booking was a breeze! Once our tech was dispatched, I got a text to let us know they were on the way. And they send you some cool info about the tech along with their picture, so you know exactly who to expect at your door. They sent Glen out to help us with a door that had been giving us trouble for a while. Glen arrived on time within the 2 hour window I scheduled for (even after a long drive to get to us!). He got us fixed up fast, and the door operates like brand new again. Very courteous and professional service, and we’ll definitely stick with Precision for any future needs!

I called Precision about 10 in the morning and was immediately scheduled for a service call between 12 and 2 pm. My technician gave me a call just before noon and was at my house by 12:10 pm. Luckily, I only needed some adjustments aligning the sensors, but my technician also checked the door balance and lubricated all hinges and spring, explaining everything as he went. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Precision installed our garage doors in 1999, and just had a motor replaced. They were very quick to setup our appointment and Brent was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all functions. The new Lift Master motor is so quite and has great motion lights.

My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. I tried opening it manually which I have done before when the power went out. But the manual release still would not allow me to open it. Brent came out within an hour or so of my call. He let me know what the problem was. He didn’t just tell me but showed me. I highly recommend him!

We can’t begin to say enough great things about this company and especially our Technician Brett Warfel! He was very professional and went over all the options we had for a new Garage door opener. A five-star rating for technician Joe B. and Precision does not begin to describe the outstanding customer service given. We called them out to my parents' house to diagnose a broken LiftMaster that was original to the house (c1997). Joe clearly explained the problem and discussed the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the unit. We went with replacing the old LiftMaster with a current generation LiftMaster - which he made quick work of installing. Joe thoroughly explained the new unit's operations. He was also exceedingly tolerant of our dog wanting to meet him, as well as our neighbor's dogs that wandered over to see what the stranger was doing in our driveway. This was absolutely a 10-star service call by Joe and Precision. I highly recommend them.

Will, the technician did a great job. Very helpful, listened to what we needed repaired. He fixed the opener that was noisy because it wasn't installed correctly 2 years ago. Wish I could say the same for the office staff. They made an appt for us and then canceled it on the day of service. After I called back and reexplained what I needed they scheduled the appt. for 2 days later. Still have not received the estimate for all the weather stripping that needs to be replaced because it was not installed correctly the first time. This was New Construction for 4 doors.

When our garage door opener went down on a Sunday and couldn't get the emergency release to work, we thought it would be days before we could get that car out of the garage. About 1pm on that Sunday I did a Google search for garage door openers near me and Precision Door popped up. Someone actually answered the phone. At 2pm, Joseph showed up for a service call with a fully stocked repair van! At 3:50pm ON A SUNDAY we had a completely new garage door opener installed, ready to go. Amazing! They texted me he was coming, Joseph called me with his ETA, and a text was sent as he drove away asking me if I was satisfied with the job. HECK YEAH! All of this during a period of companies understaffed and back-ordered parts due to supply chain issues. Hmmmm. I wonder what "star rating" I should give them. Let me think...
