I am a happy twom-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door of St. Louis! They are always fairly priced, do great work, offer top-of-the-line products, and communicate well throughout the process. The technicians are friendly and professional, not pushy salespeople. From the moment you call to schedule, you are greeted with positivity and with people who are ready and willing to help.

I called 3 garage door companies and got quotes and I decided that I was going to choose you guys not because of the price, it was a bit higher, but the customer service and the people that work for the company are number one in my books. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, asked questions about what I wanted and answered all my questions about how and why they were going to do things. I knew the minute I called Precision that I was hooked. They had Patrick come, measure everything and give me the quote. After we decided to go with Precision, Patrick came back to put a bar on the door to keep it from buckling more until our new one came in. The new door came in and you sent James to put the new garage door up. It took him approximately 3 hrs to install the new garage door in this ridiculous heatwave and everything was cleaned up. He had me come out and check it. I noticed after James had left that it was tapping on the motor when the door opened and when I called they had Shawn come by the same day and adjust it. They sent a picture and a little info on each person that came to our house and each one of them were very polite, courteous and respectful. Your customer service and Jewel are fantastic also! We were very happy with our decision! Thank you and I would recommend you to my family and friends!

Great communication when running late and arrival time. Zack and Gavin were knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was thoroughly explained with options for repair/replacement. Will continue to use for maintenance.

This company gives the best service overall than any other garage door service provider I have dealt with. The service staff are knowledgeable and solved every problem I called them for. The staff members are kind and courteous too.

Matt was an awesome guy who figured out the problem with my garage door system right away. Then he immediately got started on installing a new one. I had only found them today after another local co. wasn't going to come until Monday, meaning quite a few nights of no security. The price was fair and I could tell he was doing his best in that area. It only took him about an hour to diagnose and install and I'm so happy with my new system. Thanks Matt Hardy!
