Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon, trapping 2 of our family’s 3 cars inside. Calling Precision to help us was a great decision since they were able to schedule a repair tech to come to our home in less than 24 hours. Not only was Nate knowledgeable and professional but he was able to replace our spring and install a new opener to avoid another emergency with our ancient opener. Great experience! Jonathan, our technician, was a pleasure to work with. He texted me that he was on the way to our home, which was a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he was extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a number of options and explained the difference between them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. When he left, everything was cleaned up, and the old opener was taken away. I would definitely recommend working with him again. I booked online, which was a very easy way to get my appointment.

We just had a new door fixed in our garage and our technician was awesome and did a great job and found all the problems and efficiently and miraculously got the whole thing done in just an hour or two and we Did not have to wait at all to get it done as they came out precisely the next day. If every company was like this, the world would be perfect. I'm not kidding.
