Matt called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt, and then called when he was 15 minutes out - love that communication. He checked out our squeaky, finicky door and opener and deduced the issue quickly. We elected to replace the 20-year-old opener and Matt laid out all of the options, along with their pros and cons. Once we decided, he went on with his business, and an hour later, walked us through the new system. He was super personable and professional and we are very satisfied with his work and the process as a whole. We would absolutely use Matt and Precision again!
