Extremely happy with the entire process, from the day they came for an estimate, to the day of the install. On time both times. One of the new panels had a small defect in it that I would have probably never noticed, but it was pointed out to me and told me they would return to replace that panel. I had gotten an estimate from another company as well. The itemized estimate sheet from Precision was so much more detailed. I asked the other company why theirs included so much less detail. They said it looked pretty much the same as theirs. Big red flag! Precision was amazing, honest, thorough, and not pushy like the other company.

I am giving them two stars, because the work was actually completed correctly. However, the pricing is 2.5x to 3x any others that I received a quote regarding. Unfortunately, for my small fix of Roller - 13 Ball Nylon - 7", they charged me $297. That is on me, because I didn't do my research and I paid it. When they left, they said I needed 3 bearings replaced and 2 torsion springs with a quote of $918 for the work. I have called 4 other places and not one is over $425. My issue for not doing my own research the first time. Edit 3/27/2026 - I increased to 4 stars after a conversation with Precision who took the time to call me and explain the difference in parts, quote, and more. They were professional on the phone and very thorough regarding their services, the difference in their torsion spring product, and the life of it. The fact they took the time to speak with me about my experience was also important. The service I originally had was back in January of 2026.
