Technicians were extremely professional and the new door looks beautiful. Was a true pleasure dealing with all aspects of the company from start to finish.

Will was an absolute pro. I told him what I thought the issue was, and he quickly diagnosed it and had everything fixed in about 10 minutes. Will chatted with me the whole time. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in his work. Great experience all around.

This is the second time I’ve utilized Precision Garage Door and have been very satisfied with their service. On late Sunday morning and Mother’s Day of all days, our garage door spring decided to break, no joy! My wife had an engagement with her mom, sister and grandmother that late afternoon for a meal, but both vehicles are parked within the garage with a broken spring…she was stressed lol. Anyway, I called Precision thinking a service rep won’t be available until the next day or the day after Monday. Nope, they had one who will be available between 4 to 5pm. Unexpectedly, the service technician called and asked if showing up at 3pm, an hour earlier than expected, would be okay? Heck yeah, lol! The service rep, Jarad, is a big friendly guy and got to fixing things right away when I explained to him of my wife’s predicament. An hour later, Jarad replaced the broken spring with a dual spring system that’s meant for double door garages (my old one was a single, not ideal obviously) and replaced both pulley cables that were not looking good. He reset the door and lubed all the pivot points all within an hour. My wife ended up only being 30 minutes late for the gathering…she was ecstatic. Me, happy wife happy life. Lol, thanks Precision and especially to Jarad.

Jaylen came to do the work, on time, knowledgeable, professional, comprehensive, and very pleasant to talk to. Very satisfied with this experience. Didn’t know my garage door could be so quiet!
