I purchased a Garage Door from a local hardware store. I contacted a contractor who was referred to me. They came out and installed my garage door. All was good until within a month the Garage Door was making a high pitch squeaking when opened & closed. They Lubed the door and tracks and stated this would take care of the problem as long as I kept everything lubed. This did not repair anything and when I contacted them again the following day they stated that if they came out, it would be a $75 charge. After a short time, I contacted a second contractor.
