I called 3 garage door companies and got quotes and I decided that I was going to choose you guys not because of the price, it was a bit higher, but the customer service and the people that work for the company are number one in my books. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, asked questions about what I wanted and answered all my questions about how and why they were going to do things. I knew the minute I called Precision that I was hooked. They had Patrick come, measure everything and give me the quote. After we decided to go with Precision, Patrick came back to put a bar on the door to keep it from buckling more until our new one came in. The new door came in and you sent James to put the new garage door up. It took him approximately 3 hrs to install the new garage door in this ridiculous heatwave and everything was cleaned up. He had me come out and check it. I noticed after James had left that it was tapping on the motor when the door opened and when I called they had Shawn come by the same day and adjust it. They sent a picture and a little info on each person that came to our house and each one of them were very polite, courteous and respectful. Your customer service and Jewel are fantastic also! We were very happy with our decision! Thank you and I would recommend you to my family and friends!

He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. He was incredibly professional, worked efficiently, and had our garage door repaired in no time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly great at what they do. They were able to service my door within hours. Brady was very efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He even returned to help set up our vehicles not there during installation. Customer service line was very helpful and courteous. Excellent service overall!
