Alberto and Traver were awesome and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had connectivity problems when my router was changed out. Finally got the appropriate set up but still had connectivity issues. I was so impressed by the speed and efficiency of the conditioning and service of my Lyft Master cables, keyless pad and remote controls. Alberto showed me how to better use the main panel and ensured that everything would continue to work smoothly! I opted to replace my rollers, cable and purchased an additional remote. Precision Garage Door is the best!

Precision installed the doors and openers approximately 20 years ago. When a minor adjustment problem developed I called for service. Their technician was timely, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem and possible solutions, when I chose the option, he proceeded to preform the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would call Precision again.

Charles was clear with his explanations of the issues with my door and what options I had for dealing with it. I decided to get a new door and also a belt drive. He explained the difference in the doors as well as the belt drives and was able to get me a quote on installation of both as well set up installation appointment in a reasonable amount of time. He also did a temporary repair on my door that hopefully will hold up until I get the new door next week. I am satisfied with his service call and appreciate his helpfulness.

Joshua was great. He reprogrammed my truck to the door and also serviced my garage door. Being ex-military it was great to know Joshua was an ex-Marine.He was very professional and I appreciated his expertise. HOWEVER, I would make a suggestion...the 3 % discount for military was very weak. Maybe you could rethink that percentage as many customers are ex-military.

I was very pleased with the service I received from your garage technician Kason. I have been having issues with my garage door and it was sticking, and I was afraid it would either go down and not go up or go up and not come down. I called and pleased to have Kason arrive within an hour. He showed me the problem and made some suggestions, and I agreed to what needed to be done. The only thing was that it was so hot in the garage, and I was really worried for him. I was impressed with the how he handled the job of fixing and installing a new Life Master Garage Door Opener. He showed resilience, knowledge and experience working under very difficult conditions. He just kept on working even after I asked him to come inside to cool off. He just kept working until the job was finished. I am very pleased with the new unit and the security it offers me.

River Sherman took down my old door and installed my new garage door. Both men were courteous and very professional. Quick competent service from first contact to job completion. "Precision" made time for my garage door repair that accomadated my schedule. (Torsion tention spring broke and locked up garage door in down position).The Technition: Charles Filbec was a delight to work with; he is extremely polight, knowledgable, competent and was well prepared. Charles isolated the door mechanics problem and told me of my options for repair. He stayed true to the repair quote and finished an upgraded rebuild on my Wayne Dalton garage door system in the time promissed. The upgraded repair may have been some what expensive, but that was my choice to ensure that my family is safe. I am extremely pleased with the service and repair. Great Job Charles!.

Our garage door was knocked off of its tracks as a result of the door inadvertently coming down while backing out. Precision arrived the next day, carefully examined the situation and offered two different fixes: 1. Apply a stiffener beam to the door to straiten it out. 2. Replace the door. We elected to replace the door. Unfortunately, delivery of a custom color matched pre-painted door is 3-4 weeks. The door was ordered on 6/18/24. The estimated delivery is now 7/22/24. 5 weeks without having use of your garage is a long time.
