    Both Matthew’s were excellent . Very professional ! They did a great job installing and left nothing behind. When they were finished they explained everything and how to work everything. Our whole experience with precision was very good ! Had no intention on a black door but it looks awesome . Very good quality at a reasonable price!

    Late in the workday, my +20 year-old garage door opener stopped lifting my garage door. I managed to lift it on my own and keep it in place, but it needed to be fixed. Recalling the commercials I've seen watching the morning news on channel two, I called Precision Garage Door and asked for someone to come and take a look. Somehow, I managed to get an appointment for the very next morning! Bob Dressler, and a trainee, came within the first 30 minutes of the appointment window and assessed my situation immediately. Bob was very friendly and honest, up front with me about what needed to be done. We talked through a variety of options and I decided to go with the garage door rebuild with a new garage door opener, which let me keep my current garage door since it's in good shape. I was relieved that they were able to complete the ENTIRE project that day! In about two to three hours, my garage door opener was back and (way) better than before! Bob setup my garage door opener pin and went over the features of Precision Garage Door's torsion system, the new garage door opener, as well as the warranties. Now when it comes to price, I believe what I paid was more than fair for having a rebuild and new garage door opener installed, especially since my garage door is pretty big. I am so pleased with the experience I had with Precision Garage Door and Bob Dressler (and his trainee)!
