We had an outstanding experience with Roy and Matty P from Precision Garage Door from start to finish! Roy arrived right within the scheduled appointment window, took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our garage door, and walked us through all of our options in a clear and informative way. He also performed a temporary repair to keep everything functional while we waited for our new garage door to arrive. Matty P handled the installation of our new garage door and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to address a previous issue that would have made our pedestrian door unusable, and his attention to detail really showed in the final result. He kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to ensure everything was installed perfectly - even while working in the cold.
