Our service technician (Rob) from Precision Door was wonderful from start to finish. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He kept us informed and explained repairs (complete mechanism rebuild) in an understandable and complete way, which we appreciated. It was an unexpected expense, but he made good recommendations and made us comfortable with our decision. He made us feel like we were part of the Precision Door family and that we could absolutely count on him for garage door service anytime, any day.
