My door would not open or close. Got frustrated and pulled Precision up online. Made an appointment for 4:00 but they called early. Rob arrived early and that was great. He diagnosed our issue quickly and provided two options. He could replace the door or repair with a 10 year warranty. I discussed with my wife and we decided to go with his recommendation. He stated the door really needed additional support and each panel would be supported exactly the same as the top and bottom panels. Also he replaced the springs, cables and rollers. The door moved quietly and no bowing occurs during transition during opening and closing of the door. He stressed that the Company and him personally stand behind their work. All parts made in US made to withstand the daily wear. I have to say I was impressed with his work ethic and product.

Installers were very professional. Had the old door and new door installed in a very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up the worksite like they were never even there. Explained how to lube the hinges on the door. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or service to existing door.

We talked through a variety of options and I decided to go with the garage door rebuild with a new garage door opener, which let me keep my current garage door since it's in good shape. I was relieved that they were able to complete the ENTIRE project that day! In about two to three hours, my garage door opener was back and (way) better than before! Bob setup my garage door opener pin and went over the features of Precision Garage Door's torsion system, the new garage door opener, as well as the warranties. Now when it comes to price, I believe what I paid was more than fair for having a rebuild and new garage door opener installed, especially since my garage door is pretty big.
