Roy arrived right within the scheduled appointment window, took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our garage door, and walked us through all of our options in a clear and informative way. He went above and beyond to address a previous issue that would have made our pedestrian door unusable, and his attention to detail really showed in the final result.
