After several years of dealing with garage door issues we didn’t fully understand, and a bad experience with another local garage door company, we decided to try Precision. Booking an appointment online was very simple, and we received several appointment reminders ahead of time (including a call from Rob the morning of to let us know he was on the way). Rob was able to quickly pinpoint our problems, and explained in detail how the various door components should ideally function and our options for getting there. He replaced all moving parts within an hour, and additionally offered helpful maintenance tips and tweaks we could make to increase the lifespan of our door. I came away knowing a lot of helpful information about our door system that had previously been a mystery. It’s rare to get excellent service, especially with home repairs, but this is it and I would recommend Precision to anyone.
