Rob Dressler is the" pro "who comes to fix any concerns we have. He is friendly and knows his job. Never worry when I see him here ! I do have a problem with the person who takes the calls for an appointment. She took my cell number but didn't give it to Rob. He called my husbands cell three times to come at 2:00 instead of 4:00 but couldn't contact him because he was at work. This person made " service " to please a customer not happen ! Thought you would want to be aware of this .The 5 stars up there are for Rob,I appreciate him !!!
