I called Precision door regarding a problem I was having with my garage door and they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours. Roy was the technician who came to my house. He was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. He was able to identify and fix the issue. He also provided me with valuable information in case I have issues in the future. Alec did a great job of resolving my issue, even going above and beyond. Satisfied with everything except for the labor charge: $189.00 for an hour's work! Outrageous. I could have hired my doctor to do the repair for less.

It was really nice to Schedule an appointment online! You see all their available options, all at once and can pick at your convenience. When I had to change the time, I called the company and was immediately connected to a person who was extremely helpful. Once the service man arrived, he was on time, professional, didn’t make me feel stupid when he was explaining what he had done and what the issues were, kept me apprised of everything that was going on and all of my options and was Done with the entire process before I Even knew it! What a relief to work with a great local company who delivers everything they promise on time and on budget!
