We woke up to an issue with our garage door opener (Merry Christmas!). After speaking with Whitney on the phone, who was very nice, technician Eric arrived within less than an hour. He was able to determine the issue quickly, and thoroughly explained the options to fix it. After he was done with the repair, he walked us through everything again. He was very kind, and even shared his recipe for peppermint pie! We highly recommend Precision, and would definitely use this business again.
