The linear opener is a piece of crap. It never opens correctly. Had service people here 2 times and of course it worked then! They left and of course it acted up again. It sometimes takes 4 times to get door to open and stay open. I would NOT recommend it.

The installation went very well. However, I am very disappointed to learn after I paid and the door was installed that my warrantee would be voided if I painted the door to match the color of my house. This was discussed before I purchased the door and there was no issue then. Very deceptive business practice. Not happy.

Tech (Mike) listened to concerns I had with existing opener; reviewed available replacement options, and installation was quick and very efficient. Mike explained options for remote, e.g. lights, motion detector, timer, holds, etc. Highly recommend.
