Excellent Customer Service, Brian the installer was courteous and called to ask could he start the installation early as his schedule cleared up. He took time to explain all the details pertaining to the operation of my new garage door and opener. He cleaned up and took away the old garage door and hardware. I could not have had a better experience.

The tech/salesperson, Lewis Rodriguez, that came to our home was excellent. He was patient, explained things thoroughly, and really helped us make the best decision based on what we needed. He was kind and extremely efficient. We like the service we receive from Precision Door because of people like Francisco on their staff. Great service, explained the repair options and very knowledgeable

I used Precion previously for my former residence and was very happy. I called them again to fix the garage door on my new home and while the service was great, the prices for the new opener and equipment were exorbitant. My neighbor got a brand new door and opener for almost half of what I paid for repairs.l ($3,500). Let the buyer beware and ask about pricing options. I hope I wasn't taken advantage of because I'm a single woman.
