I was very happy with my experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The technician, Israel, arrived early in the window that was provided, he explained everything clearly, was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

Our garage door could no longer be locked after having our driveway done with pavers. We asked Precision for an estimate to correct the problem. Setting up the estimate is a 5-star experience. Quick, professional and in your control to pick the date and time. They reach out by text to assess your concerns. You get that call on that day to confirm. Our technician, Nick, was utmost professional and did a complete review of the door and how it operated. The door is 20 years old and we've never maintained it. I chose an option that included a replacement of the pulleys to improve the sliding of the door. Once Nick had completed his work I could see that the tracks and pulleys were like new. Opening and closing the door are much quieter now. The bottom of the door has a new seal. It was an excellent overall experience. Would I contact Precision again for anything like this again? Absolutely I would. Lastly, Nick gave me every confidence that this was going to go well and it did. He is well mannered and soft spoken and did a great job. The price for the work was fair and you get what you pay for. We did. Nick probably spent 15 minutes with us beyond what he estimated. I've seen this happen before where the technician gets flustered, aggravated or both. Not so with Nick; his demeanor never changed. The work was done right the first time. Glad I used Precision!
