w modern garage doors on our very old house need have maintenance issues from time to time. We used Precision again today for roller bearing issues. In the past, they replace a motor, critical support bracket, the main springs on both doors and some smaller issues along the way. Their techs are always knowledgeable as well as polite, even the most difficult work gets done cleanly and at fair prices. Our first and only call.

Simply fantastic customer experience! I called late on a Sunday night and made an appointment for the next day to have my garage door repaired. Shane Fazal called to let me know he was on his way Monday around noon. He was prompt, friendly, and explained my options for the repairs needed. He was able to do a pretty extensive repair (rollers, cables, and springs) in less than two hours and my door works great now. Great guy, great company, incredible service. All of these things are rare today.

Had Genie keypad replaced and reprogrammed. Cost from precosopn $311; Cost fro Amazon approx $30 dollars. The difference is too great. Time on job less than 30 minutes. I have used Precision before (several times) and have been satisfied. But price is too high compared to market. This is my second replacement. So 600 dollars later with competition @ 60 dollars is not reasonable. You should do better. Especially for repeat customers.

Finally, I can get to my garage without leaving my car. The work was done in the time frame John (technician) said it would. Before work started we had very informative conversation. John was very pleasant and patient, answered all my questions by giving me all the time very clear answers. John even waited for me till I bring my car inside the garage and waited till I closed the door. ‘Precision’ was recommended to me by my neighbor Yuiwen. I called him right away to thank for it. Isaac did a great job for us. Going in I knew that just replacing a broken cable on a 25 year old door wasn’t the best thing to do. Isaac broke down 3 different scenarios for us and made common sense suggestions with absolutely no hard sell. He was as polite and friendly as he was efficient. Finished the job amazingly fast. These folks are terrific. My garage door opener had been installed by a total hack, who butchered the job. In short order, it fell apart. I called Precision in the morning, the installer (George) arrived 2 hours later and totally redid the installation. He did a great job! My only regret is that I didn't call them originally. I'm thrilled with what was done!
