They use the latest technology for setting up appointments and relaying information for availability of times and reminders on when they are coming. The technician, David Gomez, met my expectations immediately upon arrival. He was respectful, mild mannered and a real gentleman during the entire process. David listened to the problems and checked in detail what was happening and what the recommendations were going to be for the customer to be completely satisfied. Found Precision through a random internet search and found the process of booking an appointment super easy. Lewis came on time, assessed the situation, made a recommendation with pricing options, and did the work quickly and professionally. I really liked the personal touch when Precision sent me an email before Lewis arrived with a quick summary of Lewis' background and experience. Our garage door stopped operating completely. We contacted Precision who sent a technician within 2 days. Marlon was very professional. He checked the springs, the door, the remote and anything else related to the operation of door. Well, due to the opener being over 25 years old, the entire operating system needed to be replaced (as expected). We were shown the options that were available and descriptions of the differences. Marlon immediately went to work. He installed the new opener, programmed the remote controls, helped me set up the keypad and showed me other optional features that I still need to set up. He took the old opener and springs and left no mess. I highly recomend Precision and would use them again.
