Great company to work with. From our initial meeting with Joel to discuss ordering a new garage door and opener to the installation done by Israel we had confidence we picked the right company. They send you an e-mail ahead of the appt with a picture of the tech that will arrive at your house and reminders of the appt. Both Joel and Israel were very professional and personable. The Technician arrived right on time, performed a complete inspection of Garage Door, Springs, Rollers, Pulleys, Operating and Safety Cables, made recommendations of what might have to be replaced in future but did not attempt to sell me anything I did not require. I picked this company based solely on reviews. Thank you to all of the people that gave such high marks. We had a new door installed today. Greg and the other Tech, I do not remember his name, installed the door in under 2 hours. They were pleasant, respectful and did a great job. They worked quickly and clean. I did not get a new motor, but they adjusted my existing motor to work the new door I had installed. The quality of the product was good and the installation was great. This whole process was seamless and I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for a great job well done.

I saved your flyer from a mailing. The flyer was very professional-looking. My initial interaction with your company by telephone confirmed my initial opinion. I made an appointment for the very next day. The installer (Francisco) called to ask if he could arrive early (which was fine with me). He was courteous and competent. The entire installation of a belt-drive garage door opener took less than 2 hours. Francisco explained how everything worked and removed the old opener, plus all the packing material. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
