My garage door was not operating Service tech came and showed me my issue my motor being almost 20 years old I opted to spend the extra money and get a new one. Very happy with tech and professionalism My only issue was we could not set up mobile app due to a server glitch and it being a Sunday customer service for that was closed. The tech assured me he would have his office contact me to come and set up during the week.
