Our technician, Nick, was friendly, informative, and most importantly, did a fantastic job installing our new motor and openers. We were given several options for the new motor and accessories with fair pricing points. We are so pleased with the entirety of the service, transparency, and product provided by Precision and the timely but thorough installation done by Nick. Danny and Jamie were really nice, true gentleman. They explained everything that was wrong and were able to fix the problem so that my door closed all the way they did a very good job and I am exceptionally pleased. Thank you so much. There was more work that needed to be done, but unfortunately, I was not in a financial position to take care of it so I will follow their instructions and do the lubrication to keep everything running smoothly. The most important thing is is that the Garagedoor now closes all the way. I don’t have to worry about little critters coming in under the door or all the cold wind.
