Danny and Jamie were really nice, true gentleman. They explained everything that was wrong and were able to fix the problem so that my door closed all the way they did a very good job and I am exceptionally pleased. Thank you so much. There was more work that needed to be done, but unfortunately, I was not in a financial position to take care of it so I will follow their instructions and do the lubrication to keep everything running smoothly. The most important thing is is that the Garagedoor now closes all the way. I don’t have to worry about little critters coming in under the door or all the cold wind. I contacted Precision Garage Doors For replacement of my garage door opener, as well as a realignment. The work was done promptly and I was more than happy with the results. Subsequently I had an issue with controlling the door through my cell phone app. As a result, I called and Shane who had done such a great job of the installation returned to help me with adding the control through my cell phone app. He resolved the issue and was knowledgeable and patient in working with me.
