Having just bought my home 6 months ago and having my first garage and automatic garage door I called Precision Garage Door when I saw a tune up special for $79.99. My call was answered immediately and politely and an appointment was made for the following day. I was contacted and send a text about my tech coming to my home, John Fusco, who promptly called me and told me he was on his way, well within the time frame I was given. John came to the house and was incredibly polite. I told him our garage is our main means of egress and I wanted to ensure it was in good working order and learn a bit from him if he didn’t mind. John took the time to explain to me how the door functions, the parts, information about my motor and system as a whole and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He gave me advice for maintenance I can do at home and things to look out for that could turn into issues. He was extremely polite and clearly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t have any more before he left, and gave me his card to contact him if I ever have any questions about my door or motor. Will absolutely be using Precision and hopefully John for any future needs I have with my door. Excellent experience all around.

It was a very easy process from the beginning to the end. Easy set up and timely communication leading up to the repair. The technician John showed up and got right to work fixing the issue as well as going over some issues i may have in the future. He was knowledgeable and even went over multiple options for possible future services if needed.

Shane and Shemar replaced my entire garage door system on a three-car garage today and did a fabulous job. Shane walked me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The new system can be controlled remotely, is super quiet, and is safer than my previous system. I highly recommend!
