Our garage doors were fitted with two new motors, sensors and remote controls. The technician arrived a little earlier than originally planned, but communication was excellent and Isaac was very helpful and professional. It was easy to arrange an appointment through the website and I would definitely use this company again.

Trustworthy is the word I would use to describe this company. I had an issue with my garage door that I worried might cost me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The tech was here 10 minutes total and my bill was $0.00. Safe to say they have a customer in me for life.

Shane was our service tech and was fantastic. He was professional, explained everything very thoroughly, and he went over multiple options. The garage door opener was 100 percent perfect after he completed the work. Overall from the initial phone call, to the pre service call, to the email's and text messages definitely a top notch service. Feb 7 2024 Hello, All can say is the service is fabulous! Isaac came right on time, and did complete over hall of all the old stuff we had here. He is neat, clean, quiet and really took the time to do everything he said he would do. When he finished the whole garage was clean!! then he walked me through all the new things he installed. My biggest fear was that I could not get out of this garage in case of another power outage. I could never pull the cord to unlock the unit in order to raise the door. Then the key pad went out, so no one could even get in!! Isaac fixed it all! Now I have the confidence to come and go, and my kids can get into the house in case of an emergency. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and keep sending out those promos in the mail! they work! Isaac and all the work he did is worth every penny. Keep Isaac he`s the best! Stay well Vicky

No problem with mechanic but $444.27 almost cost me as much for the door and motor I got from you a few years ago. All I got was a new remote and a metal bar to keep the door from bending at the top that should of been answer when 1st installed. The star rating is for the cost of the repair.

We were having an issue with our opener and also noticed the weather stripping missing in one corner. Called on Tuesday morning and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. Every step in this process was so smooth. Got a call from Corey in the morning asking if they could come earlier, which I greatly appreciated. All issues were fixed. Everything was explained before I agreed to the work. Corey and Jonah were wonderful and professional. Highly recommend!!!!
