He prides himself on the quality of his workmanship. Although the cost was more than I expected, the warranty and quality of the components should last for decades.

The technician arrived at 3pm to install a whole new garage door,motor,cables, the whole thing. He was alone and seemed annoyed he had no help. He installed the door and the one side the wheels almost went to the bottom of the track. He said we lived on Long Island and so we had to deal with how crooked the cement was or how the house was sinking. He never put a level on it to see if it was not level. Finally after much discussion we said it was unacceptable, he moved the frame. The door straightened and seems to be straight and working alright. We certainly will keep an eye on it. It was upsetting to have to deal with his attitude.
