Having just bought my home 6 months ago and having my first garage and automatic garage door I called Precision Garage Door when I saw a tune up special for $79.99. My call was answered immediately and politely and an appointment was made for the following day. I was contacted and send a text about my tech coming to my home, John Fusco, who promptly called me and told me he was on his way, well within the time frame I was given. John came to the house and was incredibly polite. I told him our garage is our main means of egress and I wanted to ensure it was in good working order and learn a bit from him if he didn’t mind. John took the time to explain to me how the door functions, the parts, information about my motor and system as a whole and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He gave me advice for maintenance I can do at home and things to look out for that could turn into issues. He was extremely polite and clearly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t have any more before he left, and gave me his card to contact him if I ever have any questions about my door or motor. Will absolutely be using Precision and hopefully John for any future needs I have with my door. Excellent experience all around.
