I have been waiting to give my review until my New Garage Door with Windows and opener was complete. I picked Precision Doors to install a new garage door because I saw there trucks in my neighborhood several times. I called for an estimate and they came the next day. Zack was very informative about the products. I picked out the color and the type of windows I wanted. Got a new garage door opener included with the price. Price was very good for both. Can’t recommend them enough. They came in 6 weeks and installed the door and opener. Zack replaced the door and opener, cleaned everything up and took all the old. Thank You.

Henry was prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I had completed all the you tube recommendations. I missed the.loise wire which was causing inconsistent performance of my garage door. He then did some preventive maintenance and showed me how to know when replacement of parts might be necessary. A good value for 79 bucks.

We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism.I called around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon 8:00 Thursday morning Jordan was pulling in our driveway,he explained our options,I had to leave for work. The technician was a pleasant young man that was proficient in his job. He offered me 3 options to choose from based on the problem I was experiencing. He made the changes, tested the door, and replaced the new parts that did not work well. He replaced the springs, wires, and rollers that are maintenance free. All said and done, my garage door works better than when I purchased our house 20 years ago.
