What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Precision Garage Door Service. I called last last night to schedule an appointment but in the midst of calling I was interrupted. I never called back but I got a text message letting me know that I can schedule an appointment online. I clicked the link and much to my surprise there was an appointment available first thing today. I honestly thought it was going to be two or more weeks until they could come out and fix my garage door but it was less than 12 hours later. They text me every step of the way to let me know that my appointment was confirmed, who my tech was going to be, what his ETA to my house was, and even text me a picture of the tech so I knew who was going to be showing up at my door. 30 minutes prior to the appointment time I got a phone call from, Kody, to let me know he was on his way and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was a very pleasant young man who explained everything that he was going to do and gave me three different options to fix my garage door. There was the Fix-It so I could use it option, to fix it with some upgrades option, and complete replacement of the majority of the parts option. There was no pressure from him and he wasn't trying to upsell me. I felt bad for him that he had to work in the cold but he was very pleasant and very professional. I don't know who's in charge but Kody deserves a raise! I wish all companies operated with this transparency and efficiency. When I'm ready to make the upgrades to my garage door I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service and specifically requesting Kody.

We called to schedule a repair. It was obvious that the person was well-trained in customer service. He relayed a sense of genuine concern for our problem, set an appointment for the next day, and told us to expect technician Kody to arrive. Kody arrived right at the appointed time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took time to listen to our situation and explained exactly what he was going to do to do. Once he had diagnosed the problem, he explained it thoroughly to us and offered a basic fix for making the door functional and a more in depth alternative to make the mechanical workings like new to avoid down the road problems. Kody never pressured us for the higher cost option, he simply went over the issues of both options thoroughly and with great knowledge and patiently allowed us to make our choice. We chose the more extensive option and he went to work, which was done in a timely and efficient manner followed by more explanation and demonstration.
