Needed to replace an 40 year old existing door. Called Precision Garage Door in the Harrisburg area and set up an appointment with Ed Hesling @ Precision. Reviewed all options and and decided to go with a 16' X 8' 4 panel insulated door with Oak Walnut woodgrain finish with the top row insulated windows with matching trim. We placed our order on 11/21 and Ed explained that due to the Christmas and New Year Holiday it might take a week or so longer which is expected. Ed offered that they will loan us springs to make the old garage door operative to hold us over until the new door arrived. Early January 2026 Stephen from Precision Door Customer Service called stating the door was delivered to the Harrisburg warehouse and scheduled for a install the following week. On 1/13 Chase arrived at the time given to install the new door. Along with a co-worker the old door and hardware was removed and the new door installed. Chase reviewed the install of the new door and promptly cleaned up his tools and made sure I was satisfied with the job done. We are well pleased with our new door from Precision Garage Door Company. Overall we had a great experience in dealing with Ed Hesling and his crew at Precision Garage Door Harrisburg.
