I looked online for someone to come repair my broken garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had the best reviews. I called late in the afternoon and Kody was at my house the next morning. He diagnosed the problem then explained my options, answered all my questions. I chose to have the complete opener, tracts, etc replaced on both doors. I was amazed how nice and neat everything looked when Kody was done. The doors are so quiet!! He did a great job and had everything cleaned up when he completed the job. These guys did a great job and got it done quickly. We had our new door the week after the initial quote and couldn’t be happier. The techs were friendly and courteous and we couldn’t be happier with our new door and the job they did. We definitely added value and it just looks better.

I had one the techs (Kody Anderson) come out to my place. In one day of setting my appointment. Was right on time he was actually waiting on me. But when I explained the situation. He was very knowledgeable he even showed more repairs I will eventually need done. He weighted out some options for repairs. I settled for a basic repair, need a new spring for my garage door. my experience with precision overhead door has been excellent yesterday. Randy showed up before the expected time and did everything necessary to make my garage opener work and to actually update all the systems. We really appreciate what they do and how well they do it. I highly recommend them.
