He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took time to listen to our situation and explained exactly what he was going to do to do. Once he had diagnosed the problem, he explained it thoroughly to us and offered a basic fix for making the door functional and a more in depth alternative to make the mechanical workings like new to avoid down the road problems. Kody never pressured us for the higher cost option, he simply went over the issues of both options thoroughly and with great knowledge and patiently allowed us to make our choice. We chose the more extensive option and he went to work, which was done in a timely and efficient manner followed by more explanation and demonstration.
