Randy was here very promptly and did his assessment of my garage door. He then explained all of my options. After choosing the option, he went right to work. My garage door works great now and I don’t have to worry about the 27 year old motor anymore.

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Precision Garage Door Service. I called last last night to schedule an appointment but in the midst of calling I was interrupted. I never called back but I got a text message letting me know that I can schedule an appointment online. I clicked the link and much to my surprise there was an appointment available first thing today. I honestly thought it was going to be two or more weeks until they could come out and fix my garage door but it was less than 12 hours later. They text me every step of the way to let me know that my appointment was confirmed, who my tech was going to be, what his ETA to my house was, and even text me a picture of the tech so I knew who was going to be showing up at my door. 30 minutes prior to the appointment time I got a phone call from, Kody, to let me know he was on his way and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was a very pleasant young man who explained everything that he was going to do and gave me three different options to fix my garage door. There was the Fix-It so I could use it option, to fix it with some upgrades option, and complete replacement of the majority of the parts option. There was no pressure from him and he wasn't trying to upsell me. I felt bad for him that he had to work in the cold but he was very pleasant and very professional. I don't know who's in charge but Kody deserves a raise! I wish all companies operated with this transparency and efficiency. When I'm ready to make the upgrades to my garage door I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service and specifically requesting Kody.

Thank you Precision Garage Door Service. It only took. Few days to get our new door. The guys came, were so very nice, very quiet and clean and the next thing I knew the mew door was installed. Awesome!

The install team led by Travis was fantastic! He was on time , totally professional, extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help reprogram our cars to operate the new openers. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Precision. They are an example of excellent service at a fair and clear price.
