From start to finish, my experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding. Sales: Jeremy Installers: Rick & Cody I first reached out over the weekend and was honestly surprised by how quickly they responded. They had Jeremy out on Monday to provide an estimate, and while my garage door ended up being slightly delayed, their team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule by moving up my installation date as soon as they could. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it immediately set them apart. A huge thank you to my installers, Rick and Cody! It was close to 100 degrees outside, yet they worked tirelessly, remained positive, and never cut corners. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire installation process, explaining what they were doing every step of the way. What impressed me most was something they absolutely didn’t have to do. After finishing the installation, they took a few extra minutes to help me move some items back into my garage. It may have only taken them five minutes, but it would have easily taken me 20–30 minutes on my own. That small act of kindness spoke volumes about the type of people they are and the company they represent. The entire experience exceeded my expectations…from the responsiveness and scheduling to the quality of the installation and the professionalism of the team!!! It’s rare to find a company that delivers exceptional customer service from the first phone call through the final handshake, but Precision Garage Door did exactly that. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for honest, professional, high-quality service. They have earned a customer for life!

Helpful during the initial phone call. They sent out two guys, including one younger guy who seemed to be learning the ropes. They were nice and did their inspection. The price they quoted for a simple spring replacement, along with cable and pulleys, was outrageously high. He went to "talk with his manager" and came back with a much more reasonable price, making up some story about why he was able to do it cheaper. In the end it was perfectly fine work, with only a little up-selling pressure. I just wish we didn't have to do the runaround with the prices.

Excellent service and fast response time. They arrived on time and prepared to do the job. Our repair was completed to our satisfaction quickly AND for a reasonable charge. I hope I never need a repair again but if I do, this is the company I’ll call.
