I had one the techs (Kody Anderson) come out to my place. In one day of setting my appointment. Was right on time he was actually waiting on me. But when I explained the situation. He was very knowledgeable he even showed more repairs I will eventually need done. He weighted out some options for repairs. I settled for a basic repair, need a new spring for my garage door. Very friendly I would recommend Precision Garage Repair for anyone needing a repair.

This past fall I had someone out to quote repairs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all the options. We ultimately decided to wait to do anything. Fast forward to six-months later and the garage door busted and we now have a brand new, quiet garage door that looks beautiful. Precision has provided A+customer service from beginning to start. Hoping we don’t have to buy a garage door for a long time but if we did, I would use Precision again, no hesitation.

Dalton came within an hour of my phone call. He Inspected the garage door. He went into detail about what the problems were. Then he gave us 3 recommendations along with the price of each. Dalton was very nice and informative.

We had a broken spring and within an hour from the time of the call, a tech arrived for the repair. We had questions for Kody since our system was an older system that ran rough and was very loud. He listened to our concerns, did an inspection on both doors, fixed the spring that broke and replaced the second spring. Kody went over his findings, answering questions in detail and we discussed possible options along with our wish list. Well, our wish list came true! Cody, our installer, arrived yesterday, installed the doors, motors, etc... When he was finished, he explained everything in detail, helped us program keypads, and car. We received amazingly quiet motors, beautiful new insulated doors with windows and we could not be happier!! We are extremely thrilled with the service, expertise, knowledge and care of Precision Garage Door Service!!
