Precision Garage Door Service Of Lebanon

Great experience with this company. One of our old tension springs completely snapped on one side of our garage door along with a cable fraying in the attached pulley system, leaving our garage door completely non-functional. A 2x10 piece of lumber installed on the ceiling by the previous homeowner to use as an anchor point for the guide railing also split in half. There were rollers that were disintegrating and we also learned that our garage motor mechanism was over 20 years old. It was a mess. Needless to say we needed this resolved asap. I called Precision and Andy came out first thing in the morning the next day at 8am. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough inspection, answered any questions, and gave us several options to choose from. Once we made the decision, Chad and Tyler came out to assist and they had everything done in just a few hours. They even replaced that split wood on the ceiling with proper steel. Great workmanship and lightning fast. Everything is super smooth and so much quieter! The install also included a lifetime warranty on the new motor as well as a new 7ft Torsion cable system that is way better than the spring mechanisms we had before. My wife and I are very pleased so far and we would certainly recommend them!

Taylor did a great job with repair. Prompt, thorough and friendly.

I was looking to get an entry keypad for my garage door. I called and the same day Taylor Friedly came out and did an overall inspection of my garage door system. My garage door has always been very loud when you open and close it. After he made the suggested repairs it is now super quiet. I also got my keypad. He did an amazing job and was very kind and respectful. If I had questions he was willing to answer them and take the time to show me what was broken with my old system. I will be using this company in the future. Thank you for the great service!

Zach and his coworker arrived on time. They handled the installation in several hours. Zach took time to answer all of my questions. The job was completed without any difficulty. The crew was polite and professional. We are very happy with the door!

It was easy to schedule a service time online and there were several times and dates available on a Saturday! Tyler checked my door, explained the problem, and offered me options. He had everything needed to complete my repair. He was very pleasant and professional. My garage door is so quiet now I have to look to be sure it’s moving when I hit the remote!
