19 year old door had not been professionally serviced since the installation. Torsion spring finally gave up. My wife found Precision Door Service and after checking them out on the web I called for an appointment at about 9:30 PM and service was scheduled for the next day. Technician Dalton arrived at 8:30AM after the assessment he gave me three options to choose from and he was finished up around 9:30AM. The door now operates like new.
