Woke up Monday morning with a garage door that would not close! I called for Help to review my garage door - they were so responsive - same day service for safety inspection and then complete new door installed very next day ! They were so easy to work with, professional and supportive. Answered all my questions and explained everything every step of the way. From the time I called the office for help, to Josh Finkbeiner the technician that completed the safety inspection - extremely informative and helpful and so nice, to Chase Chapman our installer - who took time to show me every working part and things to do and look for to take care of our new door ! It was the easiest repair I had to do this year. Thank you precision for the ease, excellence in service, and friendliness while it was completed.
