Kodi was very professional. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and corrected it. He knew the issue and went first to inspection springs, opener and cable’s. If I could give more than five stars I would do so.

This was the second time we used Precision Door. The first service was for a new remote and code changed. The second was for a new door and opener. The service for both was great! Will use them again.

Randy is a great representative of Precision Door! He called before he came, was prompt at 6am, did his safety check on the garage door and all the parts, gave me my options and did his work while I got ready for work. I left for work with a perfectly functioning garage door and it was priced just right for the fix! I will use them again the next time.

This past fall I had someone out to quote repairs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all the options. We ultimately decided to wait to do anything. Fast forward to six-months later and the garage door busted and we now have a brand new, quiet garage door that looks beautiful. Precision has provided A+customer service from beginning to start. Hoping we don’t have to buy a garage door for a long time but if we did, I would use Precision again, no hesitation.

I was impressed that I received same-day service. Taylor was absolutely awesome. He was very courteous and respectful. He showed me exactly what was wrong, provided me with 3 quotes, and was honest with me about the condition of my second door. I am very happy that I now have 2 new garage door openers that will work every time.
