This was the second time we used Precision Door. The first service was for a new remote and code changed. The second was for a new door and opener. The service for both was great! Will use them again.

Kodi was very professional. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and corrected it. He knew the issue and went first to inspection springs, opener and cable’s. If I could give more than five stars I would do so.

These guys did a great job and got it done quickly. We had our new door the week after the initial quote and couldn’t be happier. The techs were friendly and courteous and we couldn’t be happier with our new door and the job they did. We definitely added value and it just looks better.

We scheduled Precision to perform general maintenance on both of our garage doors and openers. They showed up same day, promptly and performed a thorough inspection of all of our components. While we didn’t elect to have all the recommendations completed, we did have our rollers replaced and that combined with the general maintenance they performed made a huge difference in reducing the noise our doors made and also will help reduce the wear/tear on our openers. Highly recommended using Precision for any garage door needs.

I looked online for someone to come repair my broken garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had the best reviews. I called late in the afternoon and Kody was at my house the next morning. He diagnosed the problem then explained my options, answered all my questions. I chose to have the complete opener, tracts, etc replaced on both doors. I was amazed how nice and neat everything looked when Kody was done. The doors are so quiet!! He did a great job and had everything cleaned up when he completed the job.
