The Tech was very good tech. Spent time asking questions about our garage door, anything that we had noticed before the opener failure. Took time to access the problem(s) and came back with his findings. Offered us (3) options and prices. Which I liked so I could make a judgement according to our budget. We opted for the full service of the door which replaced the opener, the springs, and the rollers. Included some other general maintenance, lube. The door is so quiet that we had at first turn around to see if it was opening or closing! Again the Tech when finished went over what he had done and the warranty. He also removed any old parts.

The garage door rollers came off the track around noon. I called Precision and they came to fix the problem within 90 minutes. They gave us three estimates relating to how much improvement we wanted for the garage door and accompanying apparatus. Since our door and opener are nine years old, we opted for not only a fix for the immediate problem but also a new spring, rollers, garage door opener, and keypad. The work was expensive but it was our option and came with a 10 year guarantee. Kody, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He came back within a few days to fix the right weather strip at no cost to us. I would highly recommend Precision if you need immediate help.
