Precision Garage Door Service Of Kodak

Preston and Trevor provided exemplary service. Preston explained every part of the entire process necessary to repair our garage door and replace the motor. He let us inspect the damaged parts for ourselves. Instead of trying to get us to buy an entirely new garage door system, he told us what we could replace to make our original door functional again. This saved us a considerable amount of money. Preston performed the work neatly, and cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Preston and Trevor were polite, and very honest. I was completely comfortably having them in our home. They have earned my highest possible recommendation. If a six star rating were allowed they have earned it!

Work was completed on time. Garage door is It’s quiet and runs smoothly. All remotes work as designed.

Preston did an amazing job rebuilding our garage door. He had the job complete in about an hour. He was very informative and professional! I would recommend 10/10!

Our repair technician Derek came the same day. He was courteous and gave us 3 options from least expensive to most expensive to do the repairs on our garage door. We made our no-pressure decision and he had all of the work done in about an hour. He explained in detail what was done. Highly recommend this company.

Precision was very easy to work with in replacement of my garage door. Jon was great in explanation of the estimate. Although there was a delay in arrival of the door, it was due to the manufacturer. Precision kept us informed of the installation date, etc. Once installed, I called with a couple of questions. They were very responsive and took care of my concerns. I would highly recommend Precision. I would also use them again.
