Spring on our garage door broke on Christmas Eve morning. The tech that came out, Hunter, was super nice and helpful. He inspected the door and gave me several options on what could be done to repair it. He didn’t put any pressure on us to pick an expensive repair. He also went above and beyond by reprogramming both our cars and repairing the outside keypad, which had not worked for a year.
