My very old garage door was getting a bit scary, i.e. springs breaking, etc. I called Precision Door thinking it would be a week or so before they could get someone out. But, no! They had Patrick here within a few hours! While waiting for him, I thought I should have asked for a salesman instead to just replace the door. Again, Precision Door surprised me. Patrick was able to ascertain that I could actually have a larger door installed to accommodate my Sequoia, which would not fit through the original door opening. He showed me options, made recommendations and gave me a great deal! So, not only getting a new garage door, but one that will allow me to keep the car in the garage!!! Will update after install! Update: Patrick measured the door wrong and tried to sell me a wall mount motor I couldn't use. This was revealed when the install team came out. They remeasured and I had to wait 3 weeks for the correct size door to come. But it was worth the wait. Thom and Jon were the installers who saved me over $1000 by not selling me a motor I did't need. They did a fantastic job! Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. So, I would give Patrick 1 star for being wrong about the size door that would work for me and selling me a motor that wouldn't work in the space I have. But Thom and Jon saved the day for Precision by selling and installing exactly what I needed and nothing more. Thank you Thom and Jon.

Hunter did an outstanding job

The service was incredible!! John Anderson and his teammate were very knowledgeable and professional. Our new garage door was completed in less than two hours. Highly recommend Precision and Team to everyone!

Workers were great. Results were great. A small glitch was a delay due to all required parts were not on the truck. Still very pleased with the outcome
