It took a long time to receive a quote/estimate on the parts and labor (4 business days). The repair Techs did a great job though, replacing my springs and getting the door opener system working properly in about 2 hours once they had the parts. THe manager came over personally in the meantime and brought help to get the door open so I could get my car out to drive it while we had to wait several days for the parts to be shipped. Overall, a very good job.
