Technician came same day I called. Roger was on time. Did very good job explaining what he did. I have used this company in the past and have always had superior service.

I have two garage doors and have used Precision twice in the past year and both issues were resolved in a timely manner. One door had stopped working completely and a PC board was replaced. The other door most recently was jerking, wobbling, noisy and begining to hang up on one side. Roger came out and replaced the rollers, added a couple of braces, springs and safety spring cables, made some tweaks and adjustments and now the door is quiet and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I had precision door install a gate opener on the gate on my driveway in June of 2025 and have had multiple problems since.on may 21th of 2026 I called them because my gate had quit opening and closing,they said that it would be a week before they could send someone out to troubleshoot the problem,this was on a Thursday.the following Wednesday a technician came out and determined that the battery charging transformer was bad and that it would cost $150 for the part but it was on back order and they could not give me a estimate on when the part would be available.I called them on the Tuesday 9th of June, Wednesday 10th and Thursday the 11th asking to have someone call me with an update but no one would return my calls so I got on the internet and found the part for $40 so I ordered it and it came today(15th)and I installed in less than 5 minutes. I have been VERY DISSATISFIED with their service and will NOT call them again,there are many more company's in the Memphis area that I call on!!! Also they were called to work on my grandson's garage in Holly Springs,Mississippi and not only did they NOT fix the problem but the were VERE rude to my grandson's wife. I am a senior citizen and US AIR FORCE veteran and I WILL NOT ALLOW A COMPANY to DISRESPECT me this way!!! I finally got a call back from the COO of precision door and he apologized for the confusion and said that there would be a technician out here first thing tomorrow morning.Hopefully this will solve all my problems.It's just a shame that I had to go to this extreme to get some action! Well the technician was here at 7:30am and replaced both batteries and that fixed the problem.Thanks to Canyon Turner and his helper for a job well done.I take back all the bad things I said about them!
