Mr.Payton was professional and so kind. He helped to get our keypad working, realign our sensors and replace our springs and rollers. He answered all my questions. We have used them to service our doors for a long time now and will continue to do so.

Our creaking and scraping door was serviced by Peyton P. He replaced rollers after verifying all other aspects of the tracks, door, spring, and lift were solid. He was an enjoyable guy to talk to as he worked. A good experience that reflects well on Precision.

Great experience this morning with Roger at Precision Door! My son accidentally closed the garage door on my wife’s SUV as she was backing out, after which the garage door was hanging crooked and would not move up and down easily. After taking a look at it myself for a minute and deciding I didn’t know what I was going, I called Precision Door. Within two hours of calling, Roger had already come out, repaired it, and left. Roger was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered multiple solutions, some significantly more expensive, but there was no pressure to go with those and he acknowledged that the simpler repair option should keep our garage door going strong for several more years. Not only has it been repaired, but it runs more quietly than before. Thanks, Roger!

Came out within an hour of my initial call, was fair on the price of the repair, had our garage door working and quieter in about 30 min. We have used them for both new door instalation and repair, always did a great job!
