The technician Peyton Peabody was exceptional, he saw the obvious repair, a broken spring, but he carefully looked over the entire door and explained everything. Replaced the Spring but went above and beyond to repair the pull bracket on the door which came loose when the Spring failed. It was amazing how he crafted a new bracket to bypass the strpped holes in the original bracket. He put extra life in the door to get to spring time and Precision earned the right replace the door. He was so knowledgable on the doors, I would request he come out to talk about repacement options and ideas. All the technicians from Precision that have come here over the years were very very good, Peyton just took it up a notch to exceptional not just with the repairs but also his knowledge and exceptional customer service attitude.
