The technician, Payton, arrived on time and saw that the unit already had a built-in capability I didn't know about. I like that he didn't try to upsell me for something I already had. It was a little trickier than first thought, but he spent a couple of hours at the house working through it and got me access through the MyQ app. He didn't have to spend as much time as he did, but he fixed it, and everything works great. It was outstanding customer service and much appreciated!
