Steven was our tech, he called when he was on the way & arrived shortly after. He tried a couple things that could be the issue with our gate & so far so good! Hopefully we won’t have any more issues but if we do, we’ll definitely call Precision & request Steven come out again. Thanks so much!!

I called Precision Door service of Memphis when I noticed the spring pad backing board separating and pulling away from the wall. They gave me an appointment very quickly, the next day. Jason Rodriguez was the technician, and he arrived 10 minutes early letting me know in advance. He did a phenomenal job. He inspected the whole door, quickly identified the two major issues which had created the problem (new home builder faulty installation), gave me an estimate of the cost for rectifying the issues and then did all the repairs, rectifying the original installer clear errors that had led to the issue occurring. I could not be happier. I would recommend Precision Door Service of Memphis and Jason in particular for any Garage door issues. The knowledge they have, the time they spend explaining things and giving advice is invaluable. The whole experience from the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the appointment itself, the work done, all point to an extremely professional and competent company. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future Garage needs. Jason thank you so much for the wonderful work and great customer experience you gave us.

Today, Sunday, May 17th, my garage door was stuck open after I got home from running an errand. It was higher on one side than the other and wouldn't close. I called Precision Door Service of Memphis and scheduled an emergency service appointment. I spoke with Gabby, who was extremely helpful, kind, and promptly scheduled my appointment. I thought I would have to wait until Monday morning, but Gabby put on their schedule with a time of 6pm-8pm today, which was a relief. To my surprise, I got a call from Tyler K. with Precision Door Service at 4pm. He had just finished a job early and asked if I'd mind him coming to take care of my appointment early. That was the best news! When Tyler arrived, he was the most courteous and professional service person I've had in a very long time. He was able to look at my door and diagnose the problem, and he got to work on it. It was determined that one of my cables was damaged and needed to be replaced. He had to loosen the spring before replacing the cable which he did pretty fast. Afterwards, he adjusted my garage door and had it working better than it had ever worked before. From the first day I moved into my home back in 2001, there was a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door on one side and I could see outside lighting on that side of the garage when the door was closed. I thought it was normal, but after Tyler adjusted it, I can say that for the first time no light can be seen underneath my garage door. He made it better than it's ever been. I can't say enough good things about Tyler and the folks at Precision Door Service. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about garage door repairs.

Dillon came on time, actually a little before time on the day I needed him too. He explained the problem and the best solution. I had to leave but felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to replace the motor for the door opener. Billing was done over the phone. He even left a partial can of oil for the door hinges and told me how to use. He is a real asset to your company.
