This is the second time I’ve used Precision to fix my garage door springs and both times they have done excellent work. I just have to compliment Chris. He showed up and after accessing what needed to be fixed, noticed my young son, who has Special Needs, really watching and asking questions. Chris then asked my son if he wanted to help him and let him help with bringing some very small parts into the garage. My son loved this and just talked and asked questions during the whole process. I would like to commend Chris on his politeness and interaction with my son. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

I phoned to have my garage door opener repaired. Technician Chris came out the very same day. Had to order the parts, but that was no obstacle for them. Chris came back the next day and completed the repair. Even with having to order parts, the repair was completed in about 27 hours from my first phone call. Chris also lubricated the door rollers without me even having to ask. The only problem was my wife jumped on me for not asking him to lube her door, too. Oops! All in all, a great, professional job.
