I had Precision Door Service come out because my landlord mentioned the garage door had previously opened on its own. The technician, Roger Emerson, was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the motor, wall button, wiring, and overall system and explained everything clearly. The opener is only a few years old and he didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he was honest and said he didn’t feel right charging me for the visit. That level of integrity really stood out. Roger took the time to explain possible causes, answered all my questions, and told me to call back if anything happens in the future. Great customer service and professionalism. I really appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.
