Within 24 hours of calling Precision technicians had my 20’x14’ barn door back in operation. What I initially thought to be a bad safety sensor, after troubleshooting turned out to be a broken wire. During installation, by another vendor, stapled through wiring in a couple of places as well as wedged through cracks which pinched the wire’s insulation. It was also stretched extremely tight over two long runs. The Precision completely rewired from sensors to motor unit, which I agreed as the wires were questionable having failed in just over two years. Prompt service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians and reasonable pricing. It is always a pleasure to have such a positive experience with a new vendor. I now have new barn and garage door vendor.

Shane is awesome-sauce! First off, my appointment was scheduled b/t 4-6pm BUT he was able to get here by 1:30p and was completely done while I was simultaneously attending a meeting. My garage motor was beyond antiquated, but now here we are in the 21st century with up-to-date equipment and it’s so smooth. Totally love it.
