They were on time, called me before coming to give me a time, gave me a price that I thought was a good price for my repair, and handled my phone call and visit in a professional manner. I had Precision come out to look at my current Liftmaster garage door opener to see if I could get Wi-Fi control or smart home integration. The technician, Payton, arrived on time and saw that the unit already had a built-in capability I didn't know about. I like that he didn't try to upsell me for something I already had. It was a little trickier than first thought, but he spent a couple of hours at the house working through it and got me access through the MyQ app. He didn't have to spend as much time as he did, but he fixed it, and everything works great. It was outstanding customer service and much appreciated!
