I phoned Precision around 9 am on Friday morning hoping that I could get a service call at least by early next week to repair my garage door which would not open. I was surprised that I could get a noon to 2 pm appointment the same day. I was really surprised when the technician, Payton, phoned to ask if they could arrive early. Yes, that was great. The repairs were made efficiently and quickly and the door works better than ever. Payton was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We may replace our door in the future. I will definitely ask for Payton when I call Precision Doors for the replacement.

Garage door took awhile to arrive but installation was a snap and we are very happy with it! My advice is to check back often on the status of your order just to make sure everything is on schedule. I didn't so the delivery date slipped outside of our renovation. Customer service was great and it all worked out in the end.
