Steven Fair came out to repair my gate. Very polite and professional. Got right to the job with care and attention to the problem at hand. My door was intermittently not closing all the way and the wall switch button was worn and not always making firm contact. Casey was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He did a complete inspection requiring adjusting the open/close force at motor unit and lubing the 6 rollers along each track and the main tracking guide arm to the motor. I decided to have him replace the wall switch button. Not only does it now work flawlessly but is also much quieter. Nice that this was done on a Valentine “no service call charge” Email Special. Prompt , courteous and professional describes their service. Casey did a great job for us. Recommend.

I am so pleased with my service. I called Precision at 7am. They gave me 10am-12pm service window. Nick my technician was here at 10:05am. He was honest and knowledgeable. He fixed my garage door so quick!!!! I will most definitely call Precision for future services.

My garage door is more quiet now than when it was new. Arrived on time and repairs were done quickly and correctly. Really appreciate service during this terrible snow storm.

Precision Door sent Kalib the next day. He was prompt, explained everything about my gate and made suggestions. Found that my problem was a battery not sitting well and fixed it. He showed me what battery to get when I needed to replace it. I will be calling them again about my garage door. Wonderful customer service.
