Great experience this morning with Roger at Precision Door! My son accidentally closed the garage door on my wife’s SUV as she was backing out, after which the garage door was hanging crooked and would not move up and down easily. After taking a look at it myself for a minute and deciding I didn’t know what I was going, I called Precision Door. Within two hours of calling, Roger had already come out, repaired it, and left. Roger was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered multiple solutions, some significantly more expensive, but there was no pressure to go with those and he acknowledged that the simpler repair option should keep our garage door going strong for several more years. Not only has it been repaired, but it runs more quietly than before. Thanks, Roger!

Precision Door sent Kalib the next day. He was prompt, explained everything about my gate and made suggestions. Found that my problem was a battery not sitting well and fixed it. He showed me what battery to get when I needed to replace it. I will be calling them again about my garage door. Wonderful customer service.

I’ve gotten my springs replace cost me about$$$ a 2 pieces with only a one year warranty i believe for that price give me a limit time maintenance repair or 5-10year warranty. I believe the service was good Tyler tech was amazing professional and kinda he done the job expeditiously and they was on time😊 ..would I call them to do work for my neighbors most like. I suggest to shop around for prices and quotes. Will I call them again most like. 👍🏼 I believe 🤷🏽♂️they have a great price for life time warranty. I suggest to get that. I will keep America 🇺🇸 informed.
