No they did not meet my expectations and no my problem was not fixed because my door was old was told they were not allowed to touch it because it was a single door it was only a spring that had came off and the spring was still there on the door but was off at one end.Did quote me a 1900 price for a new door.

Last week, one of my garage door springs broke. Jay Skillern came to do the repairs. He was on time, professional, friendly, and polite, and very patient in answering my questions. He took the time to figure out several repair options for me to choose from and got straight to work as soon as I decided what I wanted done. I decided that I wanted work done on both of my garage doors and I am very, very pleased with the results. When I am ready to replace one of my garage door openers, I will be calling Precision and requesting Mr. Skillern. I will also be happy to recommend Precision and Mr. Skillern to others. I called earlier this week , explained my issue I had replaced bottom door panel the rep said that would not be a problem it would be $ 69.00 + parts again I explained my doeinf was not very old and just needed to be rewound, they showed up. Tech stated We don't do that You will have to buy a new Spring . There is nothing wrong with mine you just cannot reset No again Poor incompetent phone rep , I had asked that the service man call me before he didn't , now you have wasted my morning and his Poor

On October 4th, Shane arrived to assess and fix the sticking of both garage doors. In just a few minutes, he discovered the problem, which needed new weather stripping on the outside of the doors. He called in the solution, as it required the door frame tech to fix it. Shane removed the old rollers which were wobbling and replaced them with longer rollers. Jeremiah, the frame door tech came out later that day, and replaced the outside frame and weather stripping. Our doors, which used to stutter before opening and made a lot of noise, now run as smooth as silk.I've used 2 other garage door companies in Jacksonville, and none of them were as good and attentive as Precision.I've been in my home for 14 years, and the garage doors have never run better. I will only use Precision from now on.

The man worked very good, was kind and nice and had pretty eyes. The whole door was replaced and really looks good. Spring broke on my garage door on a Tuesday afternoon. I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. Very professional when answering the phone. Promised service between 2 and 4 that afternoon. Dillon called at 10:30 and said he could be at my house by 11:15. Was there at 11:15 and had my door repaired by 12:00. Very knowledgeable about the repair and explained every step to me. Precision Door gets a 5 star rating from me. I will definitely call them again when I need garage door repairs. Thanks Dillon.
