The man worked very good, was kind and nice and had pretty eyes. The whole door was replaced and really looks good. When he arrived he noticed he did not have the right parts for something and he called Mike and he brought it out to him. Which I thought was very nice. everything was explained to me about how the door works Now If I can remember it we are alright. I will tell everyone about Precision. Thanks to all of you at PRECISION

Spring broke on my garage door on a Tuesday afternoon. I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. Very professional when answering the phone. Promised service between 2 and 4 that afternoon. Dillon called at 10:30 and said he could be at my house by 11:15. Was there at 11:15 and had my door repaired by 12:00. Very knowledgeable about the repair and explained every step to me. Precision Door gets a 5 star rating from me. I will definitely call them again when I need garage door repairs. Thanks Dillon.

CJ did an outstanding job! One of my torsion springs broke on Wed night. I called Precision and they sent CJ out the next day (they offered a morning appointment but I requested afternoon). CJ arrived very professional in appearance and manner while being personable, as well. He gave a thorough inspection of my garage door system and provided recommendations and option. Absolutely no pressure tactics involved. I opted to have a new belt driven opener install as well as the stuff I obviously needed. The old chain driven opener had been annoying me for years because it was so loud. The belt driven opener is fantastically quiet and smooth. I thought it would take a lot of time to do all the work CJ had to do. I was wrong. CJ completed the job in about 2 hours. I was very impressed at the quality of work that was done in such a short time frame. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to my friends.

Very poor service. The repair kept calling his boss. He wanted to charge me 1000.00$ I will never use this service! It's highway robbery.

We quoted the job for $499 with a 5 year warranty. we tried reaching you by phone to clear up the miscommunication but we were never called back. Definitely a 5-star company and technician. We called in a panic last night after the 9-year old spring on the garage door broke, and my wife needed to get to her doctor appointment today. Brandon Christensen let us know he was on the way, did a thorough evaluation, offered us three solutions, and we chose the "best" option not only for the one door but the second one as well. Brandon noticed that the original installer used springs too small for our heavy doors, and a metal brace was omitted, making the doors flimsy. We are pleased with how solid our doors are now and in good working order.
