He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I'm also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. Precision Garage Door Service came out the day after I called, at the time they said they would be there, Tech Wilkes called to let me know that he was about 15 minutes away. Wilkes did a very neat and professional install of the new opener. He used Great workmanship skills to do my install. Kept his tools and supplies in order as he worked.
