Over the past 17+years, I have had Precision Door out three times. The first two were for busted springs, the latest to install support struts. Each visit has been a pleasant event despite their penchant for charging for their services. :) I usually get a figure in my head and then double it and with most things I am still too low, but with Precision I am always guessing too high. They make money, I know, but they don't make a killing on each trip and I appreciate that. They will quote you for pricier options without pressuring you to take them. That means the world to me. The jobs always take less time than I expected as well. Aaron, the technician, was a joy to talk to and, as his last customer of the day, I know he has heard a lot of homeowner chit chat yet he remained cheerful. I have no doubt that I will be calling them again eventually, probably because I didn't opt for the pricier option.

Fast response time. Stayed in communication. Explained what I needed and why. Fixed and was gone.

Called Precision Garage Door at 8:15 am on a Monday morning - technician arrived at 1:15 pm that day - he offered options for making the repair - it took him about one hour to completely install new garage door opener and associated accessories - technician was very professional and knowledgeable - will call Precision again if ever needed

Had a great experience that began with the first phone call with your CS rep to request a service appointment. I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. The tech, Aaron, was right on time. He clearly explained the issues he identified and completed the work in a very timely manner at what I believe was a reasonable cost. I'll add that Aaron was very personable and seemed to be very invested in providing quality customer service. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

This is one of the best companies I've ever used. The level of professionalism is incredible with each individual I have interacted with. My old garage door had stopped working late on a Saturday evening and I still received excellent service even at that hour. The new garage door has been installed and the workmanship is flawless.
