Precision Garage Door Service Of Davidson County

Over the past 17+years, I have had Precision Door out three times. The first two were for busted springs, the latest to install support struts. Each visit has been a pleasant event despite their penchant for charging for their services. :) I usually get a figure in my head and then double it and with most things I am still too low, but with Precision I am always guessing too high. They make money, I know, but they don't make a killing on each trip and I appreciate that. They will quote you for pricier options without pressuring you to take them. That means the world to me. The jobs always take less time than I expected as well. Aaron, the technician, was a joy to talk to and, as his last customer of the day, I know he has heard a lot of homeowner chit chat yet he remained cheerful. I have no doubt that I will be calling them again eventually, probably because I didn't opt for the pricier option.

Shawn replaced my garage door & while on the job he added reinforcements to the door. He completed the job timely and put things back together. He was polite. Thank you Shawn for your excellent service. He also reminded me that I have a 12 yr warranty & Tune ups are available upon request (2yr).

PGD has been great to work with. They communicate well and get the job done.

Had garage door damage (11/10/25) as well as faulty previous repairs (and parts) from another service. Precision technician Sam Lankford was terrific = thorough, explained in detail work to. be done and was very professional. Definitely a five-star experience and Precision will be my 'go to' if future garage door needs arise. Really appreciated Sam taking the time explain work to be done and why.
