My garage door got stuck during the ice storm, trapping my car inside. While I was able to manually get the door open later, the motor just spun. Nice young man Wilkes fixed the motor but advised the springs really needed replacing because I have a very and very heavy wooden double door. While it took him longer than he had thought, Wilkes was persistent and professional. I always trust Prevision technicians.
