Had a great experience that began with the first phone call with your CS rep to request a service appointment. I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. The tech, Aaron, was right on time. He clearly explained the issues he identified and completed the work in a very timely manner at what I believe was a reasonable cost. I'll add that Aaron was very personable and seemed to be very invested in providing quality customer service. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Our garage door would not open or close. We had just gotten a new opener 2 months ago. We contacted the company who installed the opener to look at it. The opener was functioning, but the door would not move. The tech worked for about 2 hours & couldn't find anything wrong. He recommended we contact someone else. We called Precision on a recommendation from a friend. Precision came the same day, Johnathan looked at the door and knew exactly what was wrong. He gave us a quote, showed us what was needed and in about one hour the door was fixed. Johnathan was excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely will call again if the need arises again.

This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for great service!!
