Precision Garage Door came out same day to replace a broken spring and repair a few other issues with our garage door. They explained exactly what was wrong and offered us multiple options to repair or replace in part or completely. They explained the pros and cons of each option and never pressured us with a complete replacement. They worked efficiently and professionally to have our door working in short order. Very friendly, knowledgeable technician and outstanding customer service. We would definitely call them again and highly recommend.

This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for great service!!
