Had a spring break on the garage door and it was during the ice storm. Once it was safe to drive, Wilkes had to park on the street and walked up our frozen yard, and diagnosed, gave me an estimate, which I thought was very fair, and he completed the work in a timely fashion. Was efficient and cleaned up very good and even went the extra mile and brought two packages that had been dropped in the end of our driveway, that he noticed when he was putting up his tools.
