    I was especially pleased with Wilkes Davis the Technician! He was very nice, professional and happy to assist. After having a very busy day helping customers before me. (In this line of work things come up that they can’t control and I see how they can get behind schedule.) Wilkes answered all my questions, helped get my outdoor keypad working and cleaned up his supplies he used. I would absolutely request him in the future. However, I do hope I don’t need anything. Wilkes is a knowledgeable Technician and extremely helpful and I highly recommend him for any repairs that you might require. Thank you Wilkes and Precision!
