Precision Garage Door Service was so helpful. They scheduled an appointment quickly. Our technician, Aaron, did a great job! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had felt like our door was too noisy and under powered for several years. Two other companies had come out and made a few adjustments and said that was all that was needed. Aaron confirmed that our door was slightly under powered and that our springs were also not the best quality. After replacing the chain drive opener with a nice belt drive opener and installing upgraded springs, our door is almost silent. The room over the garage doesn’t feel like the house is about to collapse every time we open or close the door. I am extremely happy! I feel safer and am satisfied with the smoothness and quietness every time we open or close the door! Thank you Precision and thank you Aaron!!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. Our technician Sam did an exemplary job. He was very prompt, personable and professional. He was up front about costs and totally reasonable. He replaced the bent track on my left garage door quickly and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Bottom line: The garage door is fixed and there was no upselling! I'm also impressed with the communication and method that Precision uses to arrange and confirm appointments. I'm so glad I utilized this business & special kudos to Sam! I could not recommend Precision Door Service of Nashville more.
