I tried to leave my house at 6:15 in the morning, only to find my garage door wouldn't lift. After trying all the things I knew, I call ed Precision. Can you believe it, a real human answered me and set me an appointment for the same day! This is not the first time I have used Precision, but it is the first time at my new house. I was just as pleased as I was the first time! I will never use a different company to care for my garage doors. Jay was incredibly thorough, educated me on every step of the process, and got my door working in no time. Precision always calls on the way so there are no surprise visits. My garage doors are quiet, fast and secure. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had a spring break on the garage door and it was during the ice storm. Once it was safe to drive, Wilkes had to park on the street and walked up our frozen yard, and diagnosed, gave me an estimate, which I thought was very fair, and he completed the work in a timely fashion. Was efficient and cleaned up very good and even went the extra mile and brought two packages that had been dropped in the end of our driveway, that he noticed when he was putting up his tools.

I had a great experience. The consultant explained my options with no upsell pressure whatsoever, and the installer did a great job - he even took the initiative to replace my old sensor wiring rather than just re-using what was there like he could have. I'm very happy to have gone with this company!

My garage door got stuck during the ice storm, trapping my car inside. While I was able to manually get the door open later, the motor just spun. Nice young man Wilkes fixed the motor but advised the springs really needed replacing because I have a very and very heavy wooden double door. While it took him longer than he had thought, Wilkes was persistent and professional. I always trust Prevision technicians.
