Garage door wall panel opener was getting harder to push to open garage door. System originally installed by builder 21 years ago and was chain driven. No real problems with the system other than the usual minor issues and repair with springs and rollers. As we head into retirement, we texted precision to see if they could repair/replace wall panel opener to garage. Precision came out same day. After speaking with Brandon regarding repair and that system was 21 years old, we decided to go with new belt driven system with keypad, wifi and brighter LED lights. We were given 3 options and prices. Very happy with installation and results. Brandon even did free tune up on door and rollers. Hopefully we will get another 21 years out of this new system.

Brandon arrived on time and installed a small upgrade/service package we purchased. Very friendly. Got to work and got it done quickly and suggested a couple of possible improvements. On time. Friendly guy. Got it done. Decent price. Our new garage door people.

Precision Garage Door has replaced my garage door opener and updated parts related to maintenance of the garage door system. They respond promptly to requests for service and they charge a fair price for that service. I don’t hesitate to call them when there is any problem with my garage door system.

After an encounter with one of our cars, a portion of one of the garage door tracks was quite bent/twisted. I called in the evening and Jody came out early the next morning. He quickly assessed the situation, told me that he could fix the rail while he was there without need for replacement, but needed to replace the two bent brackets that held that piece of track in place. He had to use temporary brackets so the garage door could be used if necessary, and will be returning later today with the proper brackets. Once he was able to lower the door he assessed that no additional work was needed. No additional charge for his need to return. The price overall seemed reasonable these days, though I think the $95 charge to come out to give an estimate should have been rolled into the cost of the job (they will only roll it in if the job itself would cost at least $230-something, I think). Regardless, Precision was very friendly and responsive, Jody was very efficient, and made no attempt to sell me anything extra. Would definitely call them again.
