Jody Alvis came to my home same day, in fact, within an hour of me calling for service. He walked me through what was going on and gave me estimates for repair and replacement. At the end of the day we replaced both and Jody did a great job, finishing the entire replacement within 3 hours of my initial call! Best service experience I’ve had for anything in some time. My service person was Jody and he could not have been more knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Jody replaced everything but the actual door and he explained to me what he was doing, why he was doing it and what it accomplished or made it better for me. What sold me was if the power goes out I can still use the garage opening closing 10 times before I have to pull out the ladder release the red string etc. on a scale of one to 10 Jody gets a 10 and the door repairs and enhancements get a 10 also. Great job!!!!!!
