We were out of the country when our daughter text that the garage door wouldn't open. After a couple of shared pics and a short video I knew that the spring was broken. I called Precision and they went out that day and diagnosed the problem. It was not only the spring but since the system was almost 25 years old the cables and pulleys had broken as well. The technician provided a repair cost but recommended a replacement. We ordered it and were told the lead time was 6 weeks. The technician went back out to the house to lift the garage door enough so my daughter could get her car out. The door came in in 4 weeks and they schedule our install for a Monday morning. I received a text with the technicals and picture 2 hours before he got onsite. Within a couple of hours they had the new door installed and working perfectly. Their customer service was outstanding.
