They texted us with updates on shipment of the door and arranged installation earlier than expected as soon as it arrived. They said it would take 4 hours and zach was skilled and professional and finished in exactly 4 hours. It looks great and is easy to use!

The tech was early which worked great for us. He explained what he needed to do and got right to work. He said the job would take an hour and it did.

Had an estimate performed by their technician Brandon, who was quite personable and professional as we reviewed options for repairs or replacement garage doors. The only drawback to his visit was that the estimate he created never hit my email as promised. I hoped to see pictures of Precision's installations, but none were available.
