    We had a minor issue with the door, not going up and down on its own. Sam, from Precision, came out and did an inspection and repair to the middle arm. He also pointed out some things that may need attention in the future, but overall the door was in great shape. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and very detailed in his explanation of everything. I highly recommend this company!
